After being closed for just over 5 weeks Pyramid Lake is back open and the fishing is GOOD! Lots of 10+ lb. fish are being landed. Yesterday we landed 25 fish between the 2 of us and had at least 3 doubles on– no big boys but great numbers. We fished the afternoon from 1pm to 5:45pm at one of the open beaches. Right now North Nets to Shot Dog are the only areas open to fishing. Indicator and streamer fishing are both producing– we had a few inches of snow last night, the lake is blown out on some beaches, but the wind looks right for good fishing!
